Bill Sparks 2023William M. Sparks   1945 - 2023

My father, William (Bill) Sparks, passed away sadly but comfortably  Sunday morning, surrounded by his family. He was a kind and loving man with a heart of gold.  There are so many who loved him and will feel this loss –  in the business world and far beyond.  He would say thank you to all of his small-business customer for their support, and he would wish everyone peace and happiness. I have run the William M. Sparks Insurance Agency for many years now, and I will continue to run it just as my father did and as he would want me to do.  On behalf of my family, I thank you all for your kind words, well wishes and support at this time.   --- Danielle Sparks

Education is expensive whether you are pursuing a college degree, career certifications at a trade school, or something else.  Even with grants and scholarships, many students face the need for funding through loans in some way.  While grants and scholarships typically require no repayment, loans must be repaid. Many types of loans are possible, from federal loans to parent+ loans to private loans; and each arrangement has its own rules.  Co-signers and spouses might share the student loan debt in some circumstances.

Paying off such loans can take years beyond graduation.  Thus the question:  If I die before my student loans are paid, what happens to that debt?  The answer:  It depends!

Learn more here as ERIE Insurance walks you through what happens to the debt and what solutions and options exists – including the role that Life Insurance can play.

Here at William M. Sparks Insurance Agency, we can help you to learn more about the protection and peace of mind Life Insurance for student loans can offer. We can answer your questions and help you tailor a solution that uniquely fits your needs.  Reach out to us anytime by phone (410-252-8304) or visit our website at  http://www.wsparks.com.

Picture this: You land an exciting new job with great benefits: vacation time, health insurance, 401(k)… even free lunch once a week!

They offer group life insurance, too – two times your annual salary. That sounds like a lot, right? In many cases, it might not stretch as far as you think.

Let’s say you make $50,000 per year. A benefit of $100,000 can make a big difference to your family – for a while. But through the years, could it really go the distance to pay for expenses and reflect the legacy you want to leave for your family?

Check out what ERIE Insurance has to say about four major disadvantages to relying on your group insurance alone.

Here at William Sparks Insurance Agency, our experienced agents can help you explore Life Insurance options to determine which type of life insurance and which coverage works best for your own lifestyle and circumstances.  Call us at 410-252-8304 or visit our website at https://wsparks.com/life-insurance.html for the details.
